Marshalls new KT66 powered Vintage Modern range is a real nod back to the great amps of the 60s with some wonderful modern features.
The KT66 power tubes give this amp an enourmous tone whilst the extra control given via the pre-amp controls, allow you to fine tune the amount of gain even at low levels.
The master volume control gives you buckets of volume whilst the separately controllable "body" and "detail" pre-amp controls allow you to fine tune the level of gain in the low and high range giving you total control over your tone.
With standard 3-band EQ and Presence you can further shape your tone as your require.
The extra dynamic range control allows you to boost the pre-amp even further giving you that wonderful overdrive Marshall pre-amp tone much used by the likes of Jimi Hendrix with his original Plexi heads... but with this combo it doesn`t need to be deafeningly loud!
Along with this wonderful old-school Marshall tone there is a ultra-reliable digital reverb voiced for true vintage authenticity.
Both dynamic range and reverb are switched via the supplied foot pedal.
